TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read the TOS! Even if you do not read the TOS you are still subject to ALL parts of the TOS.
This applies to both art commissions and fursuit commissions. Please make sure to read thoroughly and check often for updates.
- Payment is taken upfront and is most commonly paid through either PayPal or Cash App. I also have a Venmo and a Kofi if you are unable to access PayPal or Cash App. If you would like to pay through a different means just ask, I usually can accept it.- Refund requests will be denied. You are paying for my time and my style of art. There should be no reason for a refund to be requested.- Turn around time for PAID art is variable but usually within a couple weeks for custom art and a couple days for YCHs. Please be patient, I have not forgotten about your commission!!- For clothing and props there is a +$2 charge per item. This includes but is not limited to, shirts, shorts, skirts, pants, shoes, swimwear, collars, etc. ALL piercings are excluded from this charge.- I do make suggestive / NSFW art. This art is NOT shown on this Carrd. Please reach out with an ID if you would like to see examples or purchase. TOS for NSFW art will be given upon age verification.- Custom art will be turned into YCHs if I so desire unless specifically requested otherwise. This is most commonly seen with open ended custom art such as holiday scenes.
Sharkfox Studios focuses on custom fursuit commissions but we will soon have premade partials and parts available.

GENERAL INFO:
- I have the right to deny commissioners and designs.
- quotes are free and can be requested through Instagram, Discord, or any other
platform that I am active on. This can be found on my contact page!
- By commissioning me you are agreeing to ALL of my terms of service.
- As a customer, it is your responsibility to keep up with my terms of service. Any changes made after your
commission was started still apply to you. I will do my best as a maker to contact all commissioners with the new TOS.
- Reselling of products produced by SFS at a higher price than commissioned is prohibited.
- I do not work with commissioners under 16.
- A clear ref sheet is required to commission. If your ref sheet is unclear there will be a $15 charge added
and I will make a clear reference sheet of your character.
REFUNDS:
- Refunds are ONLY available if there is a major issue with the quality of my work upon arrival such as
ripped seams, major holes, pieces missing, etc.
- Refunds are only available to be requested within 1 week from the time of arrival.
- The amount refunded will NOT be the full amount paid. The refunded amount will be half of the cost of the DAMAGED OR MISSING product outside of the material cost and down payment. (For example: missing eyelids will not get a refund based on the pricing of the full head. The refund of the eyelids would be based on the price of the eyelids themselves.)
- Refunds will NOT be given for product misuse, stains after shipping, neglect from the buyer, alterations by the buyer, or any other reason that is not my own personal wrongdoing.
- Refunds are up to my discretion. I have the right to deny a refund.
- Refunds will be given within 3 months from the time of request.
PAYMENT:
- Payment will be done through PayPal invoice or through Cash App.
- payments through PayPal will have a 3% seller fee attached.
Cash App does not have a seller's fee.
- Payment plans ARE available. please ask about payment plans as I am flexible and
willing to accommodate!
- A 30% non-refundable down payment is required for ALL purchases.
- Suits will not be worked on until the entire amount due is paid in full.
- If a buyer back charges through their bank or any other form, you will be blocked and publicly blacklisted. There are no exceptions to this policy.
SHIPPING:
- Shipping is NOT included in the quoted price and MUST be paid by the buyer.
If shipping is not paid the items will not be shipped.
- Shipping costs will be calculated after the item is finished and ready to ship.
- Completed items will be shipped out within 2 weeks of completion unless the
buyer has not paid shipping.
PRODUCTION:
- I do NOT work with hard deadlines. Any estimated dates given by me are subject to change. I will never leave you in the dark about what is going on in terms of production but life does get busy as I have a job
outside of fursuit making and am a full-time college student.
- I will try my best to send an update with pictures every two weeks. Do not ask me for pictures or updates every week. I am a single person who does things outside of fursuit making.
- Fursuit heads are made on premade bases.
I do NOT make custom bases at this moment in time.
- Major updates will need to be green-lighted by the commissioner. This includes patterning, furring, painting of the eyes, etc. If a step is green-lighted and is later asked to be changed a charge starting at a minimum of $30 will be added to the commission. This charge must be paid before any changes to the item will be made.
- A duct tape dummy is REQUIRED for bodysuit commissioners.
I do NOT work off measurements.
- Materials and shipping for the DTD are to be paid by the commissioner
and are NOT included in the quoted price of the commission.
- If a DTD is made poorly or unfinished a $50 - $100 charge will be added for the
time it will take to repair the dummy.
- If unsure how to make a DTD please look at Skyehigh Studios tutorial on YouTube.
- Suits may be sent back to me within 6 months for small general repairs free of charge.
Shipping to and from me must be paid by the commissioner.
